Big fan of any and all fun beats that I can awkwardly dance to and always love a good 90’s classic karaoke session in the car and blasting/belting classic rock. The beat, tempo and energy is key for any class, therefore my playlists will be ever-changing and motivating!
Hands down, the energy and the community. I actually did not enjoy yoga and was hesitant to even try new classes for most of my life—— until I found Bulldog! The inclusive, energetic and powerful presence everyone at Bulldog carries was killer and motivates me. I hope to share the ability to be vulnerable, be present and have FUN during workouts and classes. I want to give back to Bulldog what the Bulldog community and classes have given me.
I was a nationally ranked show jumping equestrian from age 3-17! I almost lost my leg after a freak accident, was on bed rest for months and told I wouldn’t walk again— but hey… here I am! Nothing but a gnarly scar to show for it (and some grit). I have tried to pull off the scar is a shark bite for a more exciting story, but it never works! 😉
