Where can I find yoga classes near me?
What if I’ve never tried hot yoga near me?
Give it a try! Hot yoga is the preferred choice of many. In a hot yoga class, you get a great sweat and the heat helps to loosen your muscles.

I’m new to yoga – what class is best for me?
We welcome everyone from beginners trying yoga for the first time all the way up to experienced yogis. We’ve got something for every skill level.
Our Activate classes move at a slower pace which gives you more time to settle into and explore each pose. Once you feel comfortable with this pace, don’t be afraid to jump into an Invigorate or Exhilarate!
What style of yoga is bulldog yoga?
Bulldog yoga classes draw inspiration from power yoga in that all classes offer muscle strengthening and lengthening. We’ve designed Bulldog to be the place you can go for a great stretch and a fantastic workout.
Do you have multiple class types?
For sure! Somedays you want to take it slow and get a good stretch and others you’re looking for a butt whooping, right? And for all the other days in between, we’ve got ya covered.

Ummm….no! We’re all about killer playlists filled with music you love. Here at Bulldog, we value the musical benefits that come along with a great full body workout. Our musicologists create hand-picked playlists that you’ll look forward to every time.

What do I need to bring?
Your beautiful self and a smile! You can also bring your own mat and a towel if you’d like.
What type of resistance bands should I use in the power flow yoga classes?
We recommend you use any sealed loop bands with at least 3-4 levels of intensity.

Oh, yeaaa… We actually offer special student rates with all of our options. Whether you want to come for one class or start up as a full-time Bulldog, we’ve got you covered.

Funny you ask! We’ve got a Starbucks in the same shopping center as us — right around the corner, you don’t even need to get in your car!
What’s the parking situation?
We’ve got great parking right at the studio. No parralell parking skills needed 😉
