I generally look for a more “laid back” playlist off my mat – think Fleetwood Mac, Tom Petty, Grateful Dead, Jack Johnson, but I love an upbeat remix when I’m ready to sweat. And I’ll always love a good Blink 182 song.
Bulldog is the total package. It’s fun and energizing both physically and mentally. I love a good sweat and I love to feel challenged.
I’m a new mom and I’ve been working on my core and pelvic floor in my own practice so you’ll likely hear me hone in on that in my cues during class. My practice looks much different these days and I always appreciate my alone time to challenge myself on my mat.
