Exhilarate is our Invigorate Class “dialed up” for an extra cardio and strengthening challenge. We combine our unique style of dynamic, fitness-oriented yoga with plyometrics and resistance band training.

This one will kick your butt…which we all need sometimes!

Set to calm yet energetic music (in true bulldog style), Activate allows you to work your entire body in a dynamic “slow flow” class.

On your high-energy days, deepen the poses to feel the burn (yep…some days you gotta push!).
