There seems to be a lot of talk out in the world right now about the value of a morning routine.
Personal development experts, coaches, Instagram influencers, and your mom are all trying to tell you about the rituals you need to begin to incorporate into the earliest moments of your day in order to ensure productivity and happiness. You’re supposed to be meditating, working out, drinking a green smoothie, journaling, staying away from screens, getting fresh air, stretching… the list goes on. And while we’re totally down with any and all of these suggestions, we have a simpler idea. If you want to have your best days ever, there’s really only one thing you need to do:
Turn up the music.

Get yourself out of bed, reach for the nearest device, find your streaming service of choice, and get the tunes pumping. Move your body if you’re feeling it! This kind of positive energy is sure to kick off your day on a high note. You’ll be in a good mood and you won’t be able to resist the urge to loosen up your bod with some dance moves.
